ADVANTAGES

The enterprise works according to the forpressing-extraction technological scheme
In accordance with the requirements established by the Law of Ukraine "Regarding the safety of food products" the HACCP system operates at the enterprise.
Since 2019, the plant has been updated with modern equipment:
  • machines for sieving seeds and separating husks;
  • screw-type oil press unit;
  • oil purification filters;
  • extractor;
  • toaster;
  • distillers and condensers;
  • press granulator machines;
  • storage tanks;
  • bag filters for air purification
There is a modern laboratory and two separate functioning laboratory units
  • The first one works on determining the quality of raw materials only;
  • The second one controls the quality from the point when raw materials enter the production till the finished products are ready to be delivered
Production activity is regulated by "Technological regulation of TRU 10.4123616583.001-19"
It has an implemented and certified international system of quality and safety of food products:
  • for food products (sunflower oil) according to ISO 9001 and ISO 22000;
  • feed additives (sunflower meal, rapeseed meal) according to GMP B1.

The construction of an oil extraction plant has been completed in the city of Mykolaiv, Ukraine
